A CHARTER ORDINANCE EXEMPTING THE CITY OF WELLSVILLE, KANSAS FROM K.S.A. SECTION 15-201 AND SECTION 15-210, AND PROVIDING SUBSTITUTE AND ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS ON THE SAME SUBJECT, PROVIDNG FOR THE ELECTION OF MAYOR, POLICE JUDGE, AND FIVE COUNCILMEN, THE VOTE, THEIR TERMS OF OFFICE, QUALIFYING, FAILURE TO QUALIFY, OR ACCEPT OFFICE, FILLING OF VACANCIES AND CERTIFICATES OF ELECTION.
