There is hereby established a geographic area within the city that will be referred to in this Chapter as “fire limits”. The fire limits of the city are defined as that geographic area comprised of structures or land that are located on the city blocks that directly parallel and adjoin Main Street, starting at 4th Street and ending at the railroad tracks.
